You are not talking to apple here. This is a user to user forum.

You have an old device which is does not support the latest IOS versions. If your bank decides not work with older ones, there is no solution, except to either convince you bank to allow older versions of iOS (you will not succeed here) or to get a device that does meet your banks requirements.

Incidentally - in general, android phones are supported with new versions for a much shorter time than iPhones.

If we r not giving iOS 14 in iPhone 6 or below models not bad thing. But UPI apps runs only update versions? Please provide iOS 14 version iPhone 6 or below models. If not possible? requires the UPI apps update version! We r not forced for iOS 14? Can we please solve the my question we r happy with iPhone. Can u please understand my problem.

If the app requires a device running iOS 13 or higher, you will need a newer device. The iPhone 6 can not be updated beyond iOS 12.4.8.

what About bank upi apps in iPhone 6. Doesn’t run in iPhone 6. They’re replied pls below iOS 13.4 not runs! Pls update latest iOS

The iPhone 6 can not be updated beyond iOS 12.4.8. There is no other way.

Old Android phones runs all upi apps. But iPhone 6 doesn’t runs upi apps? iPhone 6 is higher mobile? What is the reason for not giving iOS 14.1?

Apple does not provide the apps, your bank does. Talk to them.

There is no solution available from the users here, or from Apple.
