Help me with my iPad please :(

Hi

I have an iPad air 3rd generation and since a few month it has problems turning on. I already tried everything. Restarting, fully charging etc. It won't work :(

The screen always turns gray if i want to turn it on. Only a few times it works :( and I can't afford to buy a new one :(

Please help me

If iPad isn’t responding, do one of the following:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

If the iPad doesn’t turn on, or if it gets stuck during start up, see the Apple Support article If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t turn on or is frozen.

The apple logo won´t appear. It is still grey :( Nothing could help me

For the support I need me serial number but how to get it if my iPad isnt working? And also I dont have a second apple device to do any of the other methods :(
