run iPhone app from Xcode in iPhone simulator
Hi,
My iPhone app compiles fine in Xcode. When I click on run, it says "installing ... in iPhone-Simulator" and then I am getting this on Console:

Failed to launch simulated application: Unknown error.
The iPhone Simulator pops up in iPad mode and shows me a black screen. I can't do anything, it wont let me return to the home screen or do anything else.
But it let me switch the device, so I can switch to iPhone mode. I will get to the iPhone home screen but it doesn't show my app there.
What am I doing wrong? How can I start the app in the simulator?
