email signature format changes

The signature on one of my email accounts formats differently in the email than from what I set it up as. It comes out as one line across the page rather than stacked.

Hi there KyleJand,

We understand that the format for the signature you have set up for one of your email accounts is showing up incorrect, and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this with you.

To get started, which email provider is this issue occurring with? If you remove and readd the signature, does the issue persist?

For help with removing and readding the signature, check out this link here: Create and use email signatures in Mail on Mac

Keep us updated with the results.

Have a great day!

KyleJand,

Thanks for reaching back out. We understand you're seeing the same same date for all your emails, and we'd be happy to help with this as well.

First, are you seeing the correct date and time shown on the calendar and analog clock displayed in Date & Time Preferences? If not, check out the following resource for help: If the date or time is wrong on your Mac

Also, check out the additional steps listed below, and let us know if that helps.

- Open System Preferences > Language & Region

- Click [Advanced]

- Select [Dates] and click [Restore Defaults], if it isn’t grayed out

- Select [Times] and click [Restore Defaults], if it isn’t grayed out

We look forward to hearing back from you!
