i am on a Mac (Mojave10.14),
i wrote a very simple C++ code, just to try ...
i faced unknown problem ...
the IDE put error marks on trivial code...
((unresolved Include file))
what is the problem??

As expected, the code compiles and runs cleanly outside of Netbeans when coded in Sublime Text editor, and compiled on the command-line with Apple's clang (v11.0.0) on Mojave 10.14.6 (18G6032). I haven't used Netbeans in ages, and I suspect that it cannot resolve the path to your include files.
Hello, in fact, i searched in google to "Download a C++ compiler for Mac" .. i found, and all goes alright now ....

i think that Netbeans needs some additional files to download, but i don't know which files, and where i must put on my Mac??

Note: also, i tried yesterday to download Eclipse, and use it instead of NetBeans, the surprise that i got the Same message exactly ... so, i think it is not a problem related to NetBeans 100%.
Your best bet is to get the requirements for using Netbeans on macOS from the product source. You may need to install Apple's command-line tools, or have some compilation environment preconfigured prior to Netbeans installation. Check their docs.
