Update my credit card for the iCloud storage subscription

I've been told by iClud storage subscription is being cancelled but I think it is because I need to update my credit card. How do I do that?

I can't change payment methods for my iCloud subscription Long story short, the debit card that was paying for my iCloud has been canceled and I am trying to install a new credit card to pay for my iCloud subscription and it appears to go through but kicks back every time to the page where it asks which credit card to use.
