I bought an iPhone from iPhone retailer shop in safa gold mall Islamabad . The salesman didn't give complete history of the phone rather told me to purchase it as it was the best state . Few days spent and now that battery is absolutely swollen up. I really am dissapointed in iPhone , the most known reliable company retailers are playing scam on people
Apple in some countries doesn't have official stores, instead, it provides authorised re-sellers and repair shops.
Only those who you should deal with.
Even those authorised retailers are not 100% trusted, they are taking the advantage of having the authorisation to repair your device, and once they do, they might steal or damage any part in your device without holding any responsibility to it. In my case, I brought my laptop to repair a boot loop issue, but they reported it as damage because of coffee while i never spilled coffee or such a liquid on my laptop in the past 7 years.
Why apple till now didn't do a solution for that?? I WONDER.
