Cellular option not showings in iPhone 12

Hi, I bought a new iPhone 12 yesterday.

I am new to the iOS, previously was using an android device. On getting the phone I put my SIM card in the phones and started using it. Today I installed a new eSim into my phone.

This evening I noted that the CELLULAR option was not showing in my settings of my iPhone 12. On searching the web, all the other iPhones are having the CELLULAR option. Please help me with this. I’m new to the iOS, don’t know whether this is a problem or a normal thing...

i am really worried about this... help me out please....

Thank you... got it corrected with changing the language settings.

both the mobile data and cellular is the same....
