Email photos as attached files

I take photos almost daily for my job in the insurance indusry, on my IPhone and email them to my work email address (Outlook 2016). Not long ago, they were sent as attached files but recently the photos began to be embedded in the email body. It is so much easier (and quicker) to drag and drop the attachments vs. having to save each individual photo, create file name, then locate a specific folder on my desktop to save it within. Any advice on how to remedy this, would be greatly appreciated.
