forgot security question

i have called to get help for my security question and they tell me if i get a screen option that said change security question but i dont get that.

i know you guys would did it from your end and were able to reset it because this has had happen to me before.

and i tried the answer that i had and it tells me its wrong

please help me on logging into my account
