Hello, I have a iPhone 6s rose gold that’s carrier unlocked but apparently it’s sim locked i need help!.

Ask your carrier. Only they can remove their sim lock.

A carrier locked phone can only be unlocked by the carrier it's locked to.
Once they do so, you have to complete the process on the phone.

The carrier needs to remove their sim lock.
We did that we literally just left from there they said it wasn’t locked but it is
