Where are you? What language is your keyboard?

The question mark is printed right on the rightmost bottom key of a US keyboard, so I assume you are not using one of those.

If you are using the Spanish keyboard, you will find them on shift level of the two rightmost top keys. ?¿. For other languages, probably somewhere else.
