Having problems downloading updated ITunes to new Iphone 12 Pro. Tried 3X. No error # - just a 4000 in 90 . Just says it can't download. Anyone having ITunes Issues?

New phone wouldn’t backup to iCloud. Problem solved via 75 minute call with tech. You’re probably going to have more people with same problem. Settings on new phone had several things locked/blocked.

iTunes is a computer Application (Mac and PC). You cannot download it onto an iPhone, nor is there any need to do that.
What are you trying to accomplish exactly?
Problem solved via phone call. New phone had a couple settings that wouldn’t allow update & backup to complete. Took a 75 minute phone call but it’s working now.
Itunes updated software won't download on IPhone 12 Pro. Anyone have this issue?
