Error Code# 0x800701AA

Hello,

I have read the previous posts concerning this error, and I still cannot seem to get it to work. It has been very frustrating to say the least. My PC is updated to the latest Windows 10 and FYI, there is NO Windows 11 as noted on previous postings.
