Static Lines
Got a MacBook pro and I’m experiencing some problems with my display. When I turn off the computer static lines appear before it shut off completely! Has anyone experienced this? Thank you!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It's certainly understandable that you'd be looking into distorted graphics like you showed in the photo. We'll be glad to see if we can help out.
For verification, this only happens when shutting down; is that right? Does it happen every time, or is it intermittent?
Do you have an external display connected? If so, try disconnecting it and test it again.
It might be helpful to try resetting your NVRAM if you haven't already: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac. You may have to adjust a few settings after the reset, like your volume or display resolution.
