iPhone update problem

My iPhone is still 12.4 and I go to software update but my phone says up to date when it’s not I don’t know how to fix

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

what version are you expecting to be able to update to?

If you have an iPhone 6 Plus like your details show.. the latest you should be able to install was just released today 12.4.9

if you had a 6s/6s Plus or newer iPhone then yes, 14.2 was released today. But your iPhone, just like it wasn't compatible with iOS 13, will not run iOS 14. Insufficient hardware/RAM
