Can't factory reset Apple watch

I recently purchased a series 4 watch from a friend. According to online sources, to do a factory reset, if I strongly press the "power off" slide bar I should get an option that says something like "restore factory setting and erase all settings". I have tried pressing as show in numerous videos but I never get this option.

Any suggestions?
