Can’t change some settings.
I can’t change the settings which are as below:
- Settings > General > Background App refresh
- Settings > Display and brightness > Auto Lock
These settings are in grey color and can’t be tapped on it. Help!

It appears that Screen Time Restrictions are set to ON on your iPhone. You will need to remove those restrictions..
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Contents & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Background App Activities - Set this to ALLOW.
Open Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Lower Power Mode : Set this to OFF - This will bring back the Auto Lock option.
