Why doesn’t o’clock widget work in iOS 14.2? Wishing not to update :(

iPhone X, iOS 14
There is an intermittent bug with the clock widget graphic freezing the display. Clicking into the widget, the time is correct.
The only way I’ve found to fix this is to reinstall. And then it breaks again at some point. Highly frustrating as I like having the large widget.
Hoping Apple fix this soon !!!
Me too. iPhone X on 14.2, clock widget in home app screen (and the 4 clock in a stack on widget page) often freeze and sometimes even show no hands. Restart cures temporarily, sometimes removing adding home country also temporarily resolves. Both my mini 4 clock display under swipe right widget display suffers and the main clock on my apps page.
Anyone stumbles on this and has found a permanent solution please shout. Meantime have reported to Apple and hope a future update will resolve, I’ve now deleted the clock widgets as it is that unreliable for me. :-(
Happy New Year whatever the time is...
Mine works after the iOS 14.2 update.
You might need to restart your device.

Where did you read this?
Yes you were right.it works after restarting, thanks
I have iphone X and have same problem even after restarting. Clock widgets with multiple clocks works fine but widget with “one” clock doesnt. Any idea for solution?
Restarting my IPhone 11 Pro fixed the clock.. it’s showing the right time now and the “second counter” is moving again (it was stuck before)
Update iOS to 14.3,it’s gonna be alright
