Cannot remove disconnected server

Mid 2014 15" Retina MBP running Catalina 10.15.7

A technician from my old workplace connected me to their local server. This server is only accessible to devices also connected to the workplace's Wifi. I no longer work there and although I've cleared Recent Servers, I'm still getting the following warning message pop up several times a day. How do I stop my MBP trying to connect to it?

I've done so, but it's the server I'm trying to disconnect from/forget, not the Wifi network

you can try entering SystemPreferences>Users&Groups under Login Items and see if the server is in that group. if it is, remove it and restart the mac. then see if the problem persists. if it does try and see if the problem happens in safe mode.
