Letters C and F not working on iPhone 11 keyboard after software update

Hi,

Since I updated my iPhone 11 to the latest 14.1 software the letters C and F don't work on the keyboard when the phone is on it's normal upright position (they do work if you do it landscape though)

It's on all apps, email, messages etc. I've wiped the phone down just in case and there's no damages, drops etc. tried it with and without a case on - still the same.

Any suggestions??

Hello Adele8207 and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with response in a specific area of the display on your iPhone.

You've already done quite a bit of isolation. There is one additional step you could take. Try to map the same area where the C and F keys are in portrait mode and test the same part of the screen in landscape.

For example, using the Messages app on an iPhone 12 Pro, the area of the C and F keys roughly line up with the leftmost apps in the App Drawer just above he keyboard.

If the same area is unresponsive in all uses and orientations of the device, then the issue is likely physical.
