Amazon Prime video landscape freeze

Hey, I bought an iPad Air 4th gen yesterday and had issues with the Amazon Prime video app. It opens fine and I’m able to browse content in portrait mode, but as soon as I rotate the iPad to landscape the app freezes completely and it restarts itself. I thought it may have been my iPad, so I took it back and instead bought an iPad Pro 2020. I have exactly the same issue as before, so it must be the app and yet I can’t find anyone talking about this issue online or in the app reviews.

I’ve uninstalled, reset my iPad(s) etc and nothing remedies it.

Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks.
