Hello, i have just preordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max, i have never preordered from Apple before and was wondering when payment will be taken from my account? will it be when it is dispatched or will it just take a few hours to show on my bank statement?

When your phone goes from Processing to Preparing to Ship, your payment method will be charged at that time. If you are getting your phone on the 13th, you can expect to see that status change on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week and then you'll see your card charge come through.
