is there a way to receive a specific message from someone, activate an alarm or noise to go off without it asking to run the shortcut first?

I may have worded this incorrectly, what I meant it like set off an alarm if the contact would send me a certain word or number, I tried doing it on shortcut but it would ask me to run it before doing so and I just wanted the shortcut to just go ahead and run without asking me.
