Hi! I pre-bought a movie from I tunes and today when it came out I had to pay again for the same movie. I would like to know why I have to pay twice for the Same movie I already paid for.

See About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. When you made the reservation there may well have been a funds check on your account, but it wouldn't have actually been charged. You get charged when the pre-ordered item is actually released. Review your transactions to make sure.
