Cannot call unless on WiFi

when i make phone calls, it works fine if I’m connected to WiFi, and my control center specifically says “ t mobile WiFi “. If I leave home, or get disconnected from WiFi my phone messes up. Basically, when I make phone calls without WiFi, I have no audio, and the person on the other line has no audio. If my control center says “t mobile lte “or “t mobile 4G” it won’t work. I’ve factory reset several times, reset network setting, tried using cellular data, and messed with the settings. Any answers?

Hey hasaansykes24,

It sounds like you're having trouble with calls unless you're on Wi-Fi.

Here's the steps you'll want to follow for help with calls. While the resource itself is for issues with making and receiving calls, most of the steps here will still help with the cellular issue you're having: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

Cheers!
