PDP authentication failure error
Hi there,
I just bought the iPhone 11 and had the software updated to the new iOS 14.2 and I keep getting an error message when I try to use my mobile data “PDP authentication error” yet I can place and receive calls as well as text messages. I’ve contacted my service provider and they cannot assist me. I’ve tried the following: removing and placing the SIM card in; restarting; resetting network settings; resetting all network settings; checking if there’s a network update; checking if there is content and privacy blocking; checking if there’s a profile; resetting VPN and nothing is working.
Please assist.
