How can I find my passcode required to install an update?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

If you mean the phone passcode, you can't look that up.

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone or your device is disabled.

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
