Optimised battery charging function for AirPods Gen 2

Not sure what you mean here. Are you seeing the "Optimize Battery Charging" in the bluetooth settings for the AirPod 2? I see no option for both AirPods 1 and 2, only for the Pro's.

I believe this feature is only available on the AirPod Pros.

Then why every time I look it up it’s available for every set of AirPods no matter what the model. FYI I have AirPods 2

when I look up what models get it on safari it says that all get it but I don’t get an option to turn it of or on in the Bluetooth settings
