Have never used esim...do don't know its pros & con....I have two numbers...so can I get 5 g data on both sims..i.e sim & physical sim

Absolutely. As long as you live in China and have a home address in China and a China payment method. I'm assuming however, you don't? Apple does NOT ship internationally.
And yes, you can use 5G on a physical sim or e-sim.
No. A phone sold in Dubai will have physical sim and an e-sim.
