unusual dots under wifi icon

hello guys,

Just updated to ios 14.2 but noticed something on my lockscreen two dots under my wifi icon but not sure what they are. it happens when i unlock the phone and the swipe to unlock message come up. i took a screenshot so hopefuly someone will know.

That simply indicates the spot on the screen where you would pull down to reveal the Control Centre. I believe it disappears after some time.

ive never seen it before its only since 14.2 update that is seen it
