Apple Watch Series 1 update

Why my Apple Watch series 1 showing that my Watch OS 4.3.2 my watch is the latest update, however, apple’s website says watchOS 6.1 is available?

Sounds like you have an Apple Watch 1st Gen. 4.3.2 is the last supported version of watchOS for that model.

WatchOS 6 requires an iPhone 6S or later running iOS 13 or later. Do you meet these requirements?

Also turn off Low Power mode and charge your battery much higher when attempting to update.

swarren55 is correct. WatchOS 4.3.2 was released by Apple in July, 2018. No updates for the Apple Watch series 1 have been available since then.
