The apple weather app isn’t displaying the background weather animations, it’s just blank with only the basic weather information. I’ve seen this issue with previous posts on other iPhones. I have a iPhone 6s Plus and the app works correctly but on the iPhone 11 it’s not working correctly. Also reduce motion blur is off and the device has been reset and still the app doesn’t work correctly.

The real fix is turn Display Zoomed off. It kills the weather animations in the app and also kills the clocks in the iPhone home widget
