My iphone is spying on me

Hello

i am using iphone se(latest gen) with latest ver of IOS.

A weird situation happens when i unlock the phone (after not using it for a while) and pull up the control center and i see that the camera was recently used and i am sure i wasnt using it that day.

And this shows up at least once a day.

Today i raised the phone to see what time it is and the green dot went on for just few sec and turned off, i pulled the control center and it said the camera was recently used.

all camera permissions for all apps are turned off but it still shows that the camera from the phone is being used.

Anybody else has this problem?

any solutions pls?
