Bluetooth Connection issue

I have an I Phone 6s, when I try to connect via Bluetooth to a particular accessory it will not connect to it. The message I receive in Bluetooth is the Fixd accessory is not supported. Can this problem be rectified?

Have a look at this article, you don't pair it through the normal bluetoth settings.

The device is called Fixd, it plugs into your port inside your vehicle and bluetooths to your phone and informs you, what if any, problems are with your vehicle. The same as a mechanic would do with his computer reader when you bring your car in for servicing. hopefully this info will assist you.
