forgot my passcode for apple watch series2

hi, I have an apple watch series2 , and i have unpair it with my iphone but still has a passcode which i dont remember, i have tried the side button and then the digital crown but it was to a red ! and still the passcode is on.I tried to pair it again but it says that it is already paired. If I remove it from account do you think it will erase it?

How do I reset an Apple Watch Series 2? I have an Apple Watch Series 2. It is no longer paired to any of our phones. We have forgotten the passcode and have made too many attempts to unlock it. It states we need to reset it and pair again, but the steps I'm finding to reset it do not work. I hold the button and get the option to power off or SOS. I press and hold the crown and it does nothing. Is there a different set of steps reset the Series 2 Watch?

If you see a red "!" on your Watch
