My IPhone 11 Hacked

I can’t control anything, I.e., camera, network, microphone, and everything else on my privacy list. My phone was compromised remotely, since I have wiped it clean and reinstalled everything including Up to date software... All those items show “clips” and that “other” apps that requested those items previously are using them! I have some very strange activity in my analytics page. Showing errors, crash, etc. I know it’s for developers, but I am not a moron! Other people have reported this crap too!!! What is it? How can I fix it? I have had the phone wiped clean by my carrier as well as myself several times, I started fresh and did not include the old iCloud info... I have called Apple Support so many times and they just skirt around the issue.... Please help ...
