Apple Pay Limit
Why does apple pay say I’ve reached my weekly limit when I have never sent or received money before and I’m sending less than $10,000? It is limiting me to $3,000.

We understand that you have some concerns related to the amount available to transfer with Apple Pay. Apple Cash, the specific service, may be limited by your financial provider as documented here:
Apple Cash and person to person payments limits - Apple Support
Under Send or receiving limits, it says, "You might also be limited by the available balance on your debit or prepaid card or limits from your bank or card issuer."
So we would recommend contacting your card holder to check if they impose different limitations.
