There is nothing you need do at this time. The alert is pre- Big Sur installation.

Not worth looking. The OS you have today needs extensions. Should you start removing them, you can end up with a non-responsive computer.
Only developers can deal with this. If you have an app you need, and are not sure if it will work with future versions of macOS, you need to ask the developer, not Apple.
