Can’t connect to app store

Hello, i can’t connect to my app store.


My phone was my mothers, but now I’m using it abou an year and now i have a problem that i cant connect to the apo store. I know all my passwords ad ID the numeber is okay, but suddenly when i press button that i forgot my password my moms email adress apiears and i cant conect.. so it’s a circkle that dont work. When i conect to my app store with my account, label comed out and says that some kind of problem.. What should I do?! Update for phone is made..

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect


Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
