My brand new solo pro headphones won't charge. LED is off. Tried different charging cords, no help.

We just got the headphones. They appeared to be partly charged right out of the box. Now they won't charge at all. LED is not lit. Tried different charging cords...that is not the problem for sure.

It sounds like you're needing help charging your Beats Solo Pro headphones.


Here's a great article to help get started: Set up and use your Solo Pros with an iPhone, Mac, or other device


If you're still having an issue with getting those, we'd recommend resetting them as shown under the header "Reset your Beats" at the bottom of that article.
