My iPhone SE is stuck in Japan

My iPhone SE's App Store, iTunes, and currency is stuck in Japan, but the location says United States. Even if it didn't, I am in a family sharing program and cannot change my location. Does anyone have any idea what caused it and how I can change back to my United States stores?
