How can my brand new pro Max have 95 % battery health straight from the box? Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?

It’s definitely brand new. I checked with apple support and they said it is. They suspect it may have been older stock and so the battery has diminished somewhat. Sadly it’s not the quality we expect for the price
