Can I make the haptic engines give stronger feedback when using 3D Touch?

When i put my iPhone (6s) on silent the haptic engines give strong feedback to say it's on silent but when generally using 3d touch the feedback is a lot more subtle, is there a way to make the haptic engines give stronger feedback when generally using 3d touch??
