iPhone 12 Pro Max order still processing

Ok so I ordered a iPhone 12 pro Max on Friday at 8am Friday and the delivery date is on Friday Nov 13 and I ordered one for my mother on her account an hour later and her delivery date is also on the 13 of Nov but hers was preparing to ship the same day but mines still say processing should i be worried?

We are all other users here and have no idea what Apple's order processes are at the moment considering we are still in a pandemic - sorry. You would need to contact Apple.
