Iphone and Sonos Amp

I'm new to Sonos and have bought a Sonos Amp and in-ceiling speakers. I've connected my Apple music account and 2 others but the other 2 iPhones cant connect to the Amp via Apple music app on the iPhones. I feel like I'm going round in circles with this. Also have a HomePod that I was hoping to connect but that doesn't connect worse luck. Can anyone help?
