An app cannot open after I updated to iOS 14.2 (iPhone XR)

I just updated to iOs 14.2 then I tried to open an app ( where all my passwords are contained!!) and it cannot open. It keeps crashing. How can I retrieve the important information on the app? :( Or how can I make it run or open again? Can I downgrade to iOs 13 to be able to open it again? Please help.

There is no downgrade from iOS 14.2 to iOS 13. The application controlling your password store is likely not compatible with iOS 14, and you will need to either update that application via the iOS App Store, or contact the developer to see when an iOS 14 compatible version will become available. Otherwise, you have no access to that password data.

Contact the app developer! Maybe they need to update their app to make it compatible with iOS 14.2

Also, check if you are able to access their app data via their website/web server or whether their app data is backed up/saved on iCloud. If yes, then your data is safe and you/they need to figure out how to fix the app so that you can access the data again.

No, you cannot roll-back to iOS 13!
