Hello lathushanan,

Thanks for that information. Let’s see if you have automatic updates turned on for Music. If you do, try disabling this feature and testing to see if the issue persists. You can find steps here: Update apps or use automatic downloads

If that doesn’t help, try signing out of, and then back into Apple Music. This will remove any songs you’ve made available for offline play, and you’ll have to redownload them once you’ve signed back in.

To sign out, tap Settings > [Your Name / Apple ID] > Media & Purchases > Sign Out. Restart your iPhone before signing back in.

Once you’ve signed back in, make sure Sync Library is enabled: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

Let us know if that helps.

Take care.

Hey there lathushanan,

Let's team up to get your offline songs working right. We'd like to confirm a few things to help us rule out some possible causes:

  1. You mentioned that the songs you downloaded disappear after a day, but then download themselves once you connect to a Wi-Fi network. Let us know when you first noticed this occurring.
  2. If you're currently a member of Apple Music, please confirm if this only occurs with some songs, or all of your downloaded songs.
  3. As we see you're using an iOS device, the latest version is iOS 14.2. You can check the current version installed by going to Settings > General > About. Just in case, here's a resource that shows how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We look forward to hearing back from you about these details. Have a good one!

Hi lathushanan,

No problem. While it looks as if you may need to contact Apple Support, we'd like to rule out an issue with not having enough built-in storage, or low available built-in storage. You can check how much is available by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Just in case, here's a resource that'll help with manage your iPhone storage: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you have lots of storage available, along with the other details confirmed up to this point, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support here: Get Support

Have a good one!
