iphone 11 pro problem with gps

Hello dear community! I have problem with my iphone 11 pro, i can't use gps programs like waze,maps, when i turning on waze i have cellular disconnection and data, like my sim going down with internet connection... when i turning off waze a half minutes connection back's to normal? I do all options right, my iphone 11 pro max working well, no trouble with it.. if this gps module is have trouble or maybe i need to restore my iphone to new? I didn't do only this option... sorry for my bad english...
