blinking pixels

Hi ,

I hope, you can help me.

I have many apple goods.

Apple plus app on my old Fire stick working well , no issues. (1080p)

I bought a Fire stick 4K. When i use it there are some blinking white pixels on the screen (4K mode).

When I change the resolutions to 1080p, the blinking pixels are coloured.

I Tried everything, changed the hdmi position on the tv, changed power socket , etc, but the problem still exists.

I checked many forums, but could not find solution.

Have you got any idea?

The fire stick only has this problem when i use this app, otherwise is ok.

If you're signed in to the Apple TV app with your Apple ID on someone else's device, or a device that you no longer have access to, follow these steps to sign out.

On your Mac or PC:

  1. Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  2. Scroll down to devices and select your smart TV or streaming device.
  3. Select Remove from account.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name].
  2. Scroll down and tap your smart TV or streaming device.
  3. Tap Remove from Account"


This will allow you to reset the stick and set it back up to see if that resolves the issue.
